🎵 if you wanna be my lover, you gotta get with my activism 🎵

a friendly PSA to all: trans people (whether they are trans people of color, queer trans people, disabled trans people, etc.) are valid, real, and important (regardless of whether they have underwent gender reassignment surgery/had body dysphoria or NOT) and so are their experiences! amplify, build off, and contribute to the voices of trans people/activists in your area as an ally (whether it be in schools, workplaces, communities, etc.) so that they can have themselves heard! trans people have been here, are here, and will CONTINUE to be here no matter what. 🏳️‍🌈 #transrightsarehumanrights

just like the wise @yarashahidi said, to fix the system is to use our power to change it. that is why it is EXTREMELY instrumental for everyone eligible to register to vote and make their voice heard on the ballots! being passive to a tragedy is as bad as being a part of it. remember to turn UP and roll OUT for election day! mobilize your communities! ready yourself! take the polls by storm! #turnout18
